Alzheimer's Society Launch Singing for the Brain group
Help make a difference to people living with dementia in your community!
A new Singing for the Brain group is launching in Sturminster Newton on Monday 9 January and will run fortnightly from 10.30am-12noon in the Exchange.
Alzheimer’s Society is looking for volunteers to support running this vital service. Singing for the Brain uses singing to bring people living with dementia together in a friendly, supportive and stimulating environment.
Volunteers are especially needed to help make teas and coffees, wash up, set up and clear away the room at the beginning and end of each session, and join in with the singing.
