The cuts are because the County Hospital in Dorchster is trying to fill a £3.3 million black hole in its finances.
It's thought nurse clinics and radiology may be under threat at the Yeatman hospital in Sherborne.
While outpatient and theatre services may be ended at Blandford.
The public can air their views on the proposals in Blandford on February 13th and in Sherborne on the 15th.
