The Dorset Police Force has made it to the top 75 list of public sector employers in Britain.
Dorset Police Force has been voted as one of the best public sector employers to work for in the country.
It's made it to the list of the 75 top performers.
14-hundred employees were asked a series of random questions on isues such as pay, benefits and well-being.
The list, which also included Kingston Maurward College near Dorchester, was printed in the Sunday Times yesterday after an awards ceremony in London last week.
