A Yeovil man is facing an indefinite jail sentence this morning for kidnapping, torturing and raping a teenager.
Mark Fell snatched his 19 year old victim from the street one night in December 2008 and subjected her to a terrifying assault.
The 45 year old will serve a minimum of ten years before he will be considered for parole and will be on the sexual offenders register for life.
Judge Hume-Jones at Bristol Crown Court on Monday said his sentence was "in all but name" the equivalent of a life sentence.
