District Councillors say they've narrowed down the choices of land they'd like to build new homes on.

The search for land to extend the size of Yeovil has taken a step forward.

The district council wants so-called eco-friendly urban extensions built: 5000 homes that would be green and sustainable.

A handful of sites are being looked at including plots in the Keyford and Barwick and Brympton and Coker areas.

A final decision won't be made until the summer.
