Glastonbury woman Rachel Baker's murder trial's continuing in Bristol.
The 44 year-old spoke in the dock this week at Bristol Crown Court where she's charged with killing two elderly residents at the carehome she ran in Butleigh.
Baker was allegedly addicted to her residents' prescribed drugs and is accused of injecting them with overdoses of medicines they didn't need.
She admits illegally possessing controlled drugs and attempting to pervert the course of justice but denies murder.
