The Office of Fair Trading has cleared an Irish company's buyout of a UK meat processors, with factories in Somerset and Dorset.
The Office of Fair Trading has cleared an Irish company's buyout of a UK meat processors, with factories in Somerset and Dorset.
ABP Food Group now owns RWM Food with sites in Langport, Yetminster and Sturminster Newton.
The takeover was in October and not long after it emerged over a hundred staff were possibly being laid-off at Yetminster.
It's not known if there've been any redundancies at Langport and Sturminster.
ABP's head office refused a request for more information.
