Dorset Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault earlier this month following an attempted burglary.

It happened in Marnhull near Sturminster Newton on the afternoon of January 16th.
A 28 year old woman was punched in the face when she disturbed a burglar in her garage.
Nothing was stolen.
