There's anger in Blandford at Tesco's plan to expand its store there.

Feelings are continuing to run high in Blandford over Tesco's plans for expansion in the town.

The store says it's trading at over-capacity and has no room to include many basic items let alone its full range.

The supermarket giant also claims a larger store would boost custom other local retailers.

But local traders are furious pointing out that since Tesco opened, 28 local business in a five-mile radius have closed down.

A formal planning application's expected to be submitted in August.
