A man's formally entered a plea of not guilty this week over allegations he raped a 15 year-old girl near Yeovil.
A man's formally entered a plea of not guilty this week over allegations he raped a 15 year-old girl near Yeovil.
John Arnold, from Southampton, is charged with 2 counts of rape and 2 of sexual assault surrounding an incident at Ham Hill country park on a night in October.
The 40 year-old will now go to trial, a date for which hasn't yet been fixed.
