The New York man whose vehicle mounted the pavement killing a Somerset couple is back in court on Monday.
New York bin lorry driver Auvryn Scarlett is back in court next week.
He's the man who's 20-tonne truck mounted a Manhattan pavement in February 2008 killing Yeovil tourists Jackie Timmins and Andrew Hardie.
Scarlett had a fit behind the wheel and it's alleged he'd hidden the fact that he had epilepsy from his employers.
Also that he failed to take his medication that day.
He's in the dock at New York's Supreme Court on Monday.
