Legal efforts are continuing to get gyspies off Forestry Commission land near Blandford.
It comes as a handful of sheep are killed by dogs from the illegal camp in the Bryanston area.
Dorset County Council has asked for a court order to remove the travellers but it can only come into effect once the school holidays begin....
to avoid disruption to children's education.
On Thursday local MP Bob Walter met with farmers and councillors in a bid to resolve the issue.
